Shipping policy

 

Payment Terms:

For international orders, advance payment is required in all cases.
Production and the delivery period will commence only after payment has been received by concept-s.

 

Delivery Terms:

Delivery times are up to:
    • 2–3 weeks for standard products (if in stock).
    • 4 weeks for standard products (if not in stock).
• 6–8 weeks for custom-made products & partial refurbishments
• 8–10 weeks for complete shopfitting projects

In exceptional cases (for example, products sourced exclusively from third-party manufacturers, such as seating furniture), delivery times may also be 8–10 weeks.

Packaging and Transport Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume and weight of your order and will be charged separately. For deliveries to a specified address, we assume standard access for a conventional lorry. If this is not the case, you must inform us immediately in writing of any special delivery requirements (e.g. pedestrian zone, tail lift required, delivery time restrictions, etc.). Any additional costs incurred as a result of incomplete or incorrect delivery information will be charged to the customer.
